Ingredients

  • 30 g brown onion

  • 30 g cucumber

  • 1 g salt

  • 250 g Greek yoghurt

Method

  1. Finely dice the onion and cucumber.

  2. Add the diced onion, cucumber, salt and yoghurt to a bowl.

  3. Gently whisk until well combined.

Tip

Hand-dice the onion and cucumber. Do not use a food processor.
