Homelessness and hunger are growing challenges in our community, and here at Chilli Farms Curry Shop, we believe in doing our bit to help.


We’ve already committed 1,200 meals to people in need—partnering with No Limits Perth to provide 100 meals every month for the next 12 months. Now, we’re inviting you to be part of this kindness movement too.

We’ve launched a Pay It Forward system—right here at the shop.


Here’s how it works:

💛 Purchase a $5 or $10 Pay It Forward contribution at the counter or online

💛 If ordering online, please include a kind note in the message box—we’ll write it on a Post-it and place it for you

💛 If you're in-store, we’ll give you a Post-it note to write your own message of kindness

💛 Stick it on our Pay It Forward Board in the shop

💛 Someone in need can later take a note and redeem it at the checkout for anything of that value


Whether it’s a warm samosa, a pantry essential, or a frozen curry, your gesture can brighten someone’s day—or even help them get by.

At Chilli Farms, we take food safety seriously. We operate two kitchens, one for gluten containing products and one for gluten free products, and follow strict handling and cleaning procedures to reduce cross contamination.

Dietary claims including gluten free, nut free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, and no onion no garlic are based on the ingredients used and information provided by our suppliers.

Despite all reasonable care, our facility handles gluten, dairy, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy, mustard, coconut, eggs, seafood, and spices. Trace allergens may be present.

At Chilli Farms, we offer our dishes in five spice levels to cater to different preferences: Mild, Medium, Hot, Extra Hot.

Our spice levels are determined using an internal formula based on the amount of chilli powder added per litre. However, other ingredients in our recipes, such as spices, aromatics, and cooking techniques, may influence how you experience the spice.

Please note that our spice level definitions are unique to Chilli Farms and may not align with your personal spice expectations or experiences elsewhere. Additionally, spice tolerance varies for each individual, so we recommend choosing your spice level accordingly.

If you're unsure, we suggest starting at a milder level and adjusting in future orders. Enjoy the heat at your own comfort!

Storage Type: Frozen

Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at or below −18°C. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Shelf Life: For Click & Collect and Home Delivery orders, all products are supplied with a minimum of 45 days remaining before the best before or use-by date.

  • All containers used by Chilli Farms are freezer-grade
  • BPA-free, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe
  • Designed for safe storage, reheating, and reuse at home
  • Suitable for frozen, chilled, and ready-to-heat foods
2️⃣ Wash & Return Programme
  • Please wash containers after use
  • Return them in-store or hand them back during your next delivery
  • We can collect containers during delivery drop-offs when requested
3️⃣ How We Reuse Returned Containers
  • Returned containers are reused exclusively for preparing dog meals
  • Helps reduce single-use plastic waste
  • Supports a more sustainable, circular process
4️⃣ Food Safety Note
  • Returned containers are not reused for human food
  • Containers are inspected and cleaned before reuse
  • Strict food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
National Disability Insurance Scheme
  • 70% of the total cost is allocated to meal preparation and delivery (NDIS-fundable).
  • 30% of the total cost is for ingredients (participant's out-of-pocket expense). 

1️⃣ Returns & Refund Policy – Frozen & Dry Items

At Chilli Farms Curry Shop, food safety and quality are our highest priorities. Due to the nature of food products, our return and refund policy differs from general retail items.

Frozen Items (Curries, Meals, Pies, Dog Meals, etc.)

Returns

Frozen items cannot be returned once they have left our store or been delivered. This is due to strict food safety and temperature-control regulations.

Refunds or Replacements

A refund or replacement may be offered only if:

  • The incorrect item was supplied
  • The item was damaged at the time of collection or delivery
  • A quality issue is identified upon first use

Conditions

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of collection or delivery
  • Clear photos and order details may be required
  • The product must not have been fully consumed
Dry / Pantry Items (Spices, Pickles, Rice, Grocery Items)

Returns

Dry items are not eligible for return if:

  • The seal has been broken
  • The packaging has been opened
  • The item has been used or partially used

Refunds or Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges may be considered if:

  • The incorrect item was supplied
  • The item is damaged
  • The item is past its expiry date at the time of purchase

Conditions

  • The item must be unopened and in original condition
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required
Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on frozen or dry food items. Please review product descriptions, ingredients, and dietary information carefully before purchasing.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and dietary suitability. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please contact us before placing an order. Refunds will not be issued for allergy-related concerns where ingredients were clearly listed.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Brief description of the issue

It is the responsibility of the customer to review all product information, ingredient lists, and dietary labels and determine whether a product is suitable for their individual needs.

Customers with allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions should exercise caution and seek professional medical advice if unsure before consuming our products.

3️⃣ No Warranty

All products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties, including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.


4️⃣ Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chilli Farms Curry Shop shall not be liable for any personal injury, allergic reaction, illness, or adverse effect arising from the consumption of our products, including reactions related to allergens or food sensitivities.

While we use best endeavours to ensure accurate labelling, ingredient transparency, and food safety, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens due to shared facilities, ingredient sourcing, and handling processes.

By placing an order and completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy, including all disclaimers and limitations. You agree that Chilli Farms Curry Shop is not responsible for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use or consumption of our products, except where required by law.
