ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY WEDNESDAY 11:30 PM FOR SUNDAY DELIVERY

📦 Order Process & Delivery Policies


1️⃣ Delivery Days & Cut-Off
  • Delivery radius: 100km from Woodvale

  • We deliver every Sunday between 6:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

  • Orders must be placed by 11:30 PM on Wednesday.

  • On Thursday, we finalise delivery routes and will contact you with your delivery day and approximate ETA.


2️⃣ Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, a system-generated confirmation email will be sent to you.


3️⃣ Communication

For any enquiries, please email orders@chillifarms.com.au and include your order number for quicker assistance.


4️⃣ Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you. You may choose to:

  • Select an alternative item, or

  • Request a refund for the unavailable item.


5️⃣ Receiving Your Order

If you will not be home during delivery, please leave an esky with ice bricks outside to keep your order cold.
If no one is home and no esky is provided, your order will be returned to our shop.


6️⃣ Missed Delivery Policy

If your order is returned to the shop, you may choose to:

  • Collect your order in-store

  • Reschedule for the next delivery run (additional delivery fee applies)

  • Request a refund
