Some moments in business cannot be measured in dollars.
A while ago, when Anna’s daughter Daisy was in PCH, we were able to send a few meals through our Pay It Forward fund to support them during that difficult time.
Today, Anna came in, took the time to personally thank us and the wider community, and shared that Daisy is now on her recovery path.
There is something truly powerful about experiencing genuine gratitude. It is quiet, humbling and deeply moving. It reminds us why we do what we do.
Food is never just food. Sometimes it is comfort. Sometimes it is support. Sometimes it is hope.
We are so grateful to hear Daisy is recovering, and thankful to have been a small part of your journey, Anna.Â
