YIELD

Approx 2lt of cauliflower rice.

 

INGREDIENTS

200 g coconut oil

1 sachet Chilli Farm's cauliflower rice spice mix

200 ml coconut cream Ayam or Garden choice

2.5 kg - 3 kg raw fresh cauliflower mince - After baking its weight will be around 1.5kg



NOTE

1.Please be aware Chilli Farm's spice mix sachet includes salt.

2.The brands mentioned above are used for testing the recipe. You are welcome to use your preferred brands. Please note the outcome can potentially vary based on the choice of ingredients. 

  

STOVE TOP COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 

1.Gather all ingredients.

2.Mince cauliflower.

3.Place a 5 mm layer of minced cauliflower in a baking tray and bake in the oven at 225 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

3.Heat oil in a sauce pan.

4.Add spice mix sachet and cook on LOW-FLAME until oil comes to top.

5.Add coconut cream and cook until small bubbles start to raise.

6.Switch off the flame, add baked cauliflower, stir well rest it on closed lid for 10 minutes.

 

SPICE MIX INGREDIENTS

Cardamom green, cardamom black, cloves, cinnamon stick, star anise, dry fenugreek leaves, turmeric, coriander and salt. For medium and hot versions Kashmiri chilli is included.
