The heart of Indian cuisine lies in its spices.
At Chilli Farms, we meticulously blend our own spice powders in-house using premium whole spices sourced directly from India. Every blend is measured, roasted and ground with precision to preserve aroma, depth and balance.
This attention to detail ensures that each dish bursts with authentic flavour — delivering a true taste of India in every bite.
We do not rely on generic commercial blends.
We create our own.
That is where the flavour begins.
At Chilli Farms, our flavours travel from India — but our roots are firmly planted in Western Australia.
Our spice blends are sourced directly from India to maintain authenticity.
However, the majority of the ingredients we cook with are locally supplied:
• Fresh onions
• Free-range chicken
• Halal meats
• Seasonal vegetables
• Paneer and eggs
• Many pantry ingredients sourced within Australia
• Tomato paste sourced from Melbourne
We are not just a food business — we are part of the vibrant Perth community.
By keeping it local wherever possible, we support WA farmers, suppliers, and small businesses. Every purchase helps strengthen our regional economy and keeps food production sustainable and transparent.
Authentic Indian flavours. Local Australian support.
That’s the Chilli Farms way.
🌿Environment & Sustainability
Supplier cartons and packaging materials are reused wherever possible and responsibly recycled. We work with local waste systems to ensure proper disposal and recycling practices.
Customers are also encouraged to bring excess clean paper bags from home so we can reuse them in-store. Small actions, shared together, make a meaningful difference.
Our aim is 0% avoidable food waste.
Careful batch production, demand forecasting and controlled portioning help us reduce excess cooking and unnecessary disposal.
Food prepared during internal recipe development or surplus from production batches is carefully packed, frozen and distributed to local charities wherever suitable. Nothing good goes to waste — it goes back into the community.
We use QR codes in place of printed recipe sheets.
Each container includes a QR code label so only essential information is printed on packaging. By scanning the code, customers are directed to our website where they can access full details — ingredients, allergens, dietary information, cooking instructions, recipes and additional guidance.
Digital receipts and website-based instructions further reduce paper usage while keeping information centralised, accurate and always up to date.
Smarter systems. Less paper. Better transparency.
Traditional slow cooking methods use steady, controlled heat.
This reduces oil usage, improves flavour extraction and avoids energy waste from high, aggressive cooking processes.
