COOKING APPLIANCES

India offers up many different varieties of a popular street food snack, the samosa. The most popular version is the Kolkata Singara which my wife enjoyed as a child on the streets of Kolkata, where the late Mother Teresa had devoted her time and services to the poor.
Samosa is a triangular deep-fried, golden-brown pastry with the savory filling of potatoes, green peas, and spices.
At Chilli Farms, our samosa is loaded with flavour, yet so mild that all the family, young and old can enjoy. Vegetarians and vegans, and those on dairy-free, nut-free, onion-garlic free and diets; can also enjoy, worry-free.
There are 3 parts to samosa making:-
(1) pastry,
(2) filling, and
(3) frying
