Ingredients & Additives at Chilli Farms

December 27, 2025Uma Maheswara Reddy Pachipala

At Chilli Farms Curry Shop, we cook from scratch using raw ingredients wherever possible. However, some ingredients used in our kitchen are commercially manufactured products and may contain approved food additives.

Rather than listing additives against every individual product, we maintain this centralised reference list, which applies across our menu.

This allows us to keep information accurate and up to date as suppliers or formulations change.

What Are Food Additives?

Food additives are substances added to food to improve safety, stability, texture, colour, shelf life, or consistency.
All additives referenced here are approved for use in Australia and supplied through regulated food manufacturers.
